محمد عبد النعيم رئيس المنظمة المتحدة الوطنية لحقوق الانسان “علاء عبد الفتاح” مجرم جنائي

صرح المستشار الحقوقى محمد عبد النعيم رئيس المنظمة المتحدة الوطنية لحقوق الانسان انه جارى العمل على ارسال بيان رفض للتدخل السافر للمفوض السامى لحقوق الإنسان للامم المتحدة بسويسرا على تدخله للافراج عن شخص واحد فقط محكوم عليه بحكم جنائى من المحاكم المصرية وذلك بعد استنفاذ كافه طرق التقاضى القانونية وسماع اقواله واقوال الشهود من جانب المتهم ومواجهته بالقرائن والادلة التى تدينه .

واضاف عبد النعيم اننا سنقوم بجمع توقيعات من خمسة الاف حقوقى مصرى اعضاء المنظمة فى كافه ربوع مصر يمثلوا كافه طوائف المجتمع بدون تمييز دينى او جنسى او لون او العرق وارسالها الى مقر الامم المتحدة بجينيف حتى لا تتكرر تلك الحادثه المؤسفه من تدخل فى غير محله فى الشآن المصرى العام

وعلى نفس السياق قال عبد النعيم الى انه قد تم جمع كافه الادلة التى تدين الناشط علاء عبد الفتاح من صور وفيديوهات وكذلك صورة من تسلل ودرجات التقاضى التى خاضها المتهم وارسالها الى الامم المتحدة والى كافه المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية لبيان اذا ماكان هناك اى عوار اصيبت به المحكمة

وانتهى عبد النعيم الى مطالبة السيد فولكر تورك بالاعتذار الفورى والعلنى من المطالبة عن الارهابيين القابعين بالسجون المصرية لان ابتعاد تلك الشخصيات الدموية عن المجتمعات المدنية هو خير للبشرية اجمع
The painful response from our respected friend, Mohamed Abdel-Naeem, all greetings and appreciation. Human rights adviser Mohamed Abdel-Naim, head of the United National Organization for Human Rights, stated that work is underway to send a statement rejecting the blatant interference of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Switzerland for his intervention to release only one person convicted of a criminal sentence. From the Egyptian courts, after exhausting all legal avenues of litigation, hearing his statements and those of witnesses on the part of the accused, and confronting him with the presumptions and evidence incriminating him. Abdel-Naim added that we will collect signatures of five thousand Egyptian human rights activists, members of the organization in all parts of Egypt, representing all sects of society, without discrimination of religion, gender, color or race, and send them to the United Nations headquarters in Geneva so that this unfortunate incident will not be repeated by misplaced interference in the matter. In the same context, Abdel Naim said that all the evidence against the activist Alaa Abdel-Fattah had been collected, including photos and videos, as well as a picture of infiltration and the degrees of litigation that the accused had fought and sent to the United Nations and to all international human rights organizations to indicate if there were any faults in him. The court and Abdel Naim ended asking Mr. Volker Türk for an immediate and public apology for the claim on behalf of the terrorists languishing in Egyptian prisons, because keeping these bloody figures away from civil societies is good for all of humanity.
